Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations: Orders for original artwork or commissions may be cancelled within 24 hrs of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as processing begins. Commissions require a non-refundable 50% deposit.
Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damage or incorrect due to our error. Refund requests must be made within 48 hrs. of delivery with photos of the damage.
Expected Timeline
Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items are processed within 3 business days.
Shipping: Domestic orders usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery times may vary based on location, regulations and holiday closures. For all international shipping, please email me directly.
Tracking: All shipments over 20 dollars include tracking. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Customs and duties: International customers are responsible for any additional custom fees, duties or taxes that may apply.

All data is securely stored, following industry-standard security practices, and is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Commission Policy
Commissions start with a consultation to discuss your vision. Once we finalize the concept, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. Completion typically takes 3 weeks-6 months depending on the project scope. The price includes up to two minor revisions, with additional charges available for an extra fee. Care Instructions
Original Paintings: To maintain the longevity of your original artwork, avoid direct sunlight, high humidity and drastic temperature changes. Avoid cleaning canvas with water or chemicals. If necessary, use a soft, dry cloth for gentle dusting.
Prints: Store unframed prints flat or rolled in a tube until framing. Use UV-protective glass or acrylic when framing to prevent fading.
Copyright and Usage Rights
Claudia K. Fine Art retains the copyright for all original and printed artworks. Purchasing a piece allows you to display it privately, but does not grant rights to reproduce, resell or use it commercially. For commercial use or licensing inquiries, please contact us directly.
